Do you guarantee your products?

Yes, MavTex products are recognized for their superior quality, and we stand behind our products. Returns of merchandise will be accepted within 30 days after delivery and when accompanied by a return authorization number. If you need to return an item, please call us at 858-883-2253 for a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer at their expense.
There is 15% restocking charge for returned merchandise unless of course MavTex is at fault. Customers are responsible for freight charges.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "phone order" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.
