Teflon mitts are good for light duty use.  Are you handling warming trays, hot serving dishes, or hot pans?  Get heat protection up to 200 degrees F.  Working in a freezer, refrigerator, or cold storage area?  Don't forget to protect your hands from frostbite and cold burns.  Special non-stick surface is perfect for handling forzen foods, and it resists grease and soling.  We do not recommend machine washing.
